Ken Parker

Now retired, Ken was the Founder, Partner, and Senior Executive Vice President of Associates of Glens Falls, Inc., Founder, and Owner of Adirondack Bail, Inc., and former Director of Insurance Development with the Strategic Business Division at Empire State Development Corporation.
Joe Stanek

Joe Stanek has served as a Commissioner on the Lake George Park Commission since 2008. As a member of the LGPC’s AIS Committee, Joe coordinated the funding acquisition and plan for a decontamination station pilot at Lake George. He received the “The James D. Corbett” award for his leadership in safeguarding the lake.
Formerly, he did math modeling on the Apollo space program and was a Program Manager & Consultant in Information Technology for the Xerox Corporation. Joe retired in 2004 with 36 years of service. He and his wife, Betty Spinelli, have been coming to Lake George since the 60’s.
Joe holds a B.S. in Mathematics from SUNY Oswego where he was inducted in the Oswego Athletic Hall of Fame.
Catherine LaBombard

Catherine LaBombard lives in Queensbury and has lived in the area all her life. Her family spends summers at Huletts Landing. She holds a BS in Chemistry and a Master’s degree. She spent 34 years as a chemistry, math, biology, environmental science teacher before retiring from the Hadley-Luzerne School District. Prior to being appointed to the LGPC in 2016, she served 9 years on the Town of Queensbury Planning Board, followed by 13 years on the LGA board of directors.
Bill Mason

Bill Mason is a former School Board Member of the Glens Falls City School District, former Warren County Supervisor (Queensbury), and current Manager of Takundewide on Lake George. Bill is a proud husband to his wife Lynne, father, grandfather and life-long resident of Cleverdale, NY.
Kathryn Muncil

Kathryn Flacke Muncil was born here and moved back a few years ago from Slingerlands, where she raised her three kids. Kathryn has worked at Fort William Henry since 1993 when she moved back to the area from Boston. Kathy loves Lake George and wants to commit to something that can assure the Lake stays forever magical as it is today. Her grandfather had the idea Lake George was special and with some friends built the Fort William Henry Hotel and rebuilt the Fort William Henry.
Walter Lender
Walt is the previous Executive Director of the Lake George Association and currently serves as the Vice President of Development and Government Relations at the Silver Bay YMCA.
Michelle Jebb
Michelle is the General Manager of two of the largest Marina facilities on Lake George, Snug Harbor North and Snug Harbor South in the towns of Ticonderoga and Hague, respectively.
Jeff Zappieri
Jeff served as the Chief of the Regulatory Review Program for the NYS Department of State in the Coastal Zone Management Program for 20 years (retired), and currently serves as Adjunct Faculty at SUNY Albany in the Biology and Geography Departments.
Tom Jarrett
Tom is the long-time owner of Jarrett Engineers PLLC and one of the most respected civil storm water and wastewater engineers in the Glens Falls and Lake George region.
Erin Burns
Erin Burns is the Regional Permit Administrator in the NYS DEC’s Region 5 Headquarters located in Ray Brook. Erin manages staff in two Division of Environmental Permits offices within Region 5, located in Ray Brook and Warrensburg. Erin has worked for DEC since 1994. Erin became a Lake George Park commissioner in May 2020.
