September 2019 Meeting #489

Modify an existing marina permit to add a Tour Boat, and operate the subject Tour Boat (a Regal 2400) offering sightseeing, fishing, and tubing.

Modify dock #5 to result in a 72.65' long, 4' wide north pier on a currently 50' long U-shaped stake supported wharf in accordance with plans attached. A variance is required from the off-shore distance limit.

Replace 4 existing wharves with a 116.5' long, 50' wide pile supported four dock complex with 2 un-canopied boat lifts in accordance with plans attached. A variance is required.

This application was heard at the August 27, 2019 meeting. In response to Commissioner's comments the applicant has submitted revised project plans, a fourth alternative view and deeds for each dock slip.
